For clients who have placed an order, we conduct a consultation via email or phone to understand your current challenges and requirements. We will explain the potential impact and specific details of our SEO strategies, and then propose an optimal plan for your website renewal.

*We are able to make in-person visits within Tokyo and Kanagawa Prefectures. For other regions, we generally provide support via email or telephone.

We will conduct research to identify high-priority main keywords and related keywords for your website. Upon completion, we will deliver the research results in PDF or Excel format.

Text Content Creation

Based on the information gathered during the consultation, we will create the text content for all pages.

Homepage Creation

We will create text content and a top-page design (grand design) tailored to your specific requirements. Upon completion, you will be able to review the work on a test site; at this stage, we will also carry out the coding to ensure full responsiveness.

Once you have reviewed the content, we will address any requested revisions; if everything is in order, we will finalize the work and proceed to the coding of the sub-pages.

*Please note that if revisions are made to any page during the production phase—after the top page has been finalized—this will necessitate changes across the entire site. Additional fees will apply.

[Production Period] Up to approximately 2 weeks

Full-Page Coding

We will proceed with the coding of all pages, incorporating your requirements.

[Production Period: 1–10 Pages] Up to approximately one month

[Production Period: 10–20 Pages] Up to approximately 2 months

[Production Period: 20+ Pages] We will propose a separate schedule.

Review and Edit

Please review all pages on the test site; we will address any requested revisions. If there are no issues, we will finalize the site.

Production Deployment and Handover

We will back up the legacy data on the server and deploy the revamped site to production.

The delivery date will be the launch date of the revamped website.
