Since A/B testing involves an iterative process of improvement based on the continuous monitoring of traffic trends, it is offered on an annual contract basis. For first-time clients—should we determine that comprehensive site-wide improvements are required—we may propose a complete site renewal instead.
If you review the quote and decide to place an order, we will conduct a brief consultation via phone or email.
If you are already conducting web analytics and have access to reports, we will propose improvement measures based on your past analysis results. Provided there are no issues, we will modify the site in accordance with these measures; after you have reviewed and approved the changes on a test site, we will deploy them to the live production environment.
If you have not yet implemented web analytics, we will install Google Analytics tags on every page and collect data for approximately one month. Based on the analysis results, we will propose improvement measures; once these have been verified on a test site and approved, we will proceed to modify the live production site.
In either case, we will compile a simple report summarizing the fluctuations in access numbers and submit it to you on a monthly basis.
We submit an annual report summarizing the results to determine whether to renew the contract for the following year. If you are satisfied with the outcomes, the engagement is considered complete; should there remain room for further improvement, we will provide a detailed explanation of the reasons and propose a contract extension.
